@gg53 , no relevant trend. Each one make trading in differents timeframes.

But if “x” is a trend and “Ti” the timeframe, and “w” the value of tickVolume, we can define that if we can trade in M15, then x:= w for Ti>T15.

The problem is:

we can define the current trend late?

then, only conditions in “x” previous bars about higher and lower values of price.

then the logic would be for down swing:

if highest value of (high) “x” bars is higher than current high value && lowest values of previous (low) “x” bars is higher than current low value then we are in down swing.

Thank you very much @Anti for thread of R.

I want to ask question to @Anti and @gg53 about green and brown bars because the logic i dont understand very well. When you said:

when you say “Volume meanungfull average” i undertand that this average is in database. Otherwise, if the average is dynamic, the process will be relative.

i want to understand this well for go to desk!!

Yes, i agree with you too. For statistical study i want to have too, when i have some time) it looks like that there is to manipule data. Volume is leading, so maybe you have to delay the other variable for correct study of correlation. I think, the study of G is very important and very real. So i have to repeat that the importance is market in…[Read more]

GG can predict areas of oversold and overbuy so, he can predict the movement during x time. The question is How product this areas of oversold and overbuy with accurate.

On the other hand, i think count ticks about x period of time and this is volume

I think the same.

But i think that the question is not obtain ticks, or count ticks for volume. The question is Market in -X and +X .

Hi all,

I never worked with tick so looks like interesting and i want to learn all possible.

I have some doubts:

1- For predicted direction is necessary 1-2 previous ticks?

2- Volume of tick is the direction of this tick: ie, if we have two up ticks, then we have 2 u of volume??

3- We have to counted this ticks and his volume and enter in one…[Read more]
