But most of the banks or trading floor image are too small to actually see what is on their screen. Whereas normally traders like us are mostly indicators on their screen.

I goggle but mostly just words explanation. Nothing useful I can find. Is it something like brokers able to see how many lots sizes are at a particular price level?

Hopefully more info is available how the banks trade?
