i may have seen them once or twice. most of my targets are 80% instead of 100 but sometimes i use a zone from 60 to 100% of a PA area. its similar to what i do but i usually use linear 90°areas to measure from/to but this pic is trying to emulate what you see

About market cycle, is there any secret regarding pi? pi=3.14.  Actually I came across some guy at FF speaking about pi in some equation to predict market cycles. Maybe shifting of pi or something like that, But I not sure. Pls ignore if its useless.
