Would it not make sense put a trailing stop on the orders? so when price is moving in our direction the trailing stop moves 5-10pips behind it reducing the risk of a big loss.

Mak, definitely makes sense to some extent. So when a trade moves in our favour we just put aTrailing Stop like 5-10pips behind it so even if it hits we only use 10pips or whatever the TS is. I think this is one way alot of the traders here mitigate risk and earn lots of pips.

Many thanks for your post! very helpful information, I too believe that the stoploss is always on the opposite side of the CZ zone so irrespective if a bar closes outside the zone but 10 or 20pips the SL will not change but rather the TP should be adjusted to ensure 1:1.

What i am trying to find how to risk 1:1 on a trade when  trades second bar closes 5-10pips outside the buffer area, thus putting the trader at risk of losing less than he is to gain.

I have read the thread three times over but still did not find anything about how to trade with a 1:1 risk reward.

Given that we go in from the 1st or 2nd candle close outside the box plus the box buffer this would mean that our stop loss is way larger than the TP.

Do you use it alongside the normal SSBO dynamic indicator or use it solely alone?
 
Because it has the pips and box range parameters too but when you punch these in nothing shows on the charts. No boxes or anything.
