Thanks for your valuable input. I am yet to get the hang of using myfxbook for backtesting purposes.

I have found that Forexhard from the SBBO thread uses martingale to win back losses, this is probably the best way to trade with this system at the moment because the first trade of a tradeset winning is about 60% at the best.

I have now started using your indicator with the EMA i have able to narrow down the EURUSD currency to 4 breakout trades per set. I think forexhard uses the same strategy.

Also xux99, currencies when I backtest the indicator the trades show but the indicator doesnt spot live trades going forward with the same parameters. Currencies like usdjpy, eurjy etc.

So am I right in saying once the first tradeset quick tp hits the stop the next subsequent trade should be opened for twice that amount so to factor in recovery and profit on top? So for the first trade it would be 0.10 lot for example, do you recommend the second to be 0.20?
