For an entry signal the MA should exceed the close of the breakout candle. In your two encircled examples this did not occur and therefore no trade was opened.

Even if you use MA close _1_ the indicator may repaint as it uses the real time close value which essentially equals to bid.

I have updated the first post with a new version for the indicator. FileName option defines the name of the csv file that records the trades; spread is not taken into account. Spread adjusted drawdown is now displayed in the statistics panel.

1) I have an issue, using the EA with renkolivecharts_pimped_v4.13 (not sure if  i post it will I violate some rules), the EA does not want to “cooperate” with it :) ,  is there anything that can be done about it?

I have not tested it on renko charts but it probably works.

Individual trade settings always override basket settings. The take profit of a trade will be executed and the banked profit will be automatically deducted from basket profit.

This is a noob question so my apologies – this EA can only reliably be tested in a live market environment given the reliance on the currency strength indicator? (ie backtesting won’t produce reliable results?)

Metatrader does not allow backtesting of multi pair expert advisors. You should forward test it and experiment with various settings.
