look for a strong move. notice the beginning of the move and there will usually be orders sitting at the start of it. once price revisits the origin of the move you will likely get a bounce unless price has enough steam to break it.

This is interesting.. A close friend of mine’s dad actually has been trading now for over 2+yrs successfully and he retired in the beginning of the year and trading full-time now (he is extremely disciplined). Hi all!

I started playing around with probabilities once again  I’m wondering if someone could verify if my probability calculations are correct.

This is what I want to find out:

What is the probability of price going up 40 pips given that it has already gone up 20 pips first before going down 20 pips.

ok we have 0836 almost to the pip. now i will wait for another significant retrace which may or may not happen before the next move down.

if we are on second leg down then we should see a move of at least 0836 (if your into Elliot Wave it would be going into leg 3)

if its not the second leg i have no idea where its going to go.
